Robert N. Brisco
Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director

Robert N. Brisco has been Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director since 1999. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Brisco served as the President of Universal Studios Hollywood Theme Park, an entertainment company, and Citywalk, an entertainment and shopping complex. Prior to Universal, Mr. Brisco was Senior Vice President of Advertising, Marketing, and New Business Development for The Los Angeles Times, a newspaper company, from 1993 to 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Brisco was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and the Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in media and consumer products. Mr. Brisco has a B.A. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Scott A. Friedman
Chief Financial Officer

Scott A. Friedman has been Chief Financial Officer since August 2008. Prior to joining Internet Brands, Friedman served as Chief Financial Officer of WPT Enterprises, Inc. where he was responsible for the company's financial, human resources, information systems and administrative operations. At WPT Enterprises, Inc., Friedman oversaw the development of the company's long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and investor relations strategy. In addition, Friedman oversaw all treasury and tax functions for the company, including cash forecasting and management, federal and state tax planning and compliance, and international tax structuring for operations in China, Israel and several European countries.

Friedman has extensive experience in finance and accounting and working with Internet and new media companies. Before joining WPT Enterprises, Inc., Friedman was Controller at Sony Picture Digital, and previously served in various accounting and financial capacities at The Walt Disney Company.

Friedman was a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia while at Arthur Andersen, and holds Bachelor of Accountancy from George Washington University.

Joseph Rosenblum
Chief Technology Officer

Joseph Rosenblum has overseen all areas of technology development for Internet Brands since 2006, when he joined the company as Vice President of Technology Development, and has served as Chief Technology Officer since May 2008.

Prior to joining Internet Brands, Mr. Rosenblum served as Engineering Manager, Portal Applications at EarthLink, Inc., an Internet service provider, where he managed a team of software engineers through all aspects of development for EarthLink Search and myEarthLink. From September 2003 to February 2004, Mr. Rosenblum served as a staff engineer at EarthLink, designing architecture and overseeing implementation for "Private Labeling" of the EarthLink Personal Start Page for MCI. From September 2002 to September 2003, Mr. Rosenblum served as senior software engineer at EarthLink.

From 2000 to September 2002, Mr. Rosenblum served as a software engineer and technical lead at Epinions.com, Inc., an Internet company for consumer reviews and price information. Mr. Rosenblum has both a B.A. and a master's degree from Stanford University.

Charles E. Hoover
Chief Marketing Officer

Charles E. Hoover served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development from 2001 to 2007 and has served as Chief Marketing Officer since January 2007. He joined Internet Brands in 1999. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Hoover served as Director of Consumer Marketing of Homestore.com, an operator of real estate websites. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Hoover served as Vice President of Marketing for PeopleLink, a provider of business-to-business community services. Mr. Hoover has a B.A. from Occidental College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Lisa Morita
Chief Operating Officer

Lisa Morita joined Internet Brands in February 2007 as Executive Vice President and General Manager and became Chief Operating Officer in May 2007. Previously, from October 2002 to February 2007, Ms. Morita served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Care and Content Solutions at Yahoo! Search Marketing/Overture Services, an Internet company, where she was responsible for leading the customer and editorial operations that supported online advertisers. From 2001 to October 2002, Ms. Morita served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Online Business & Marketing, at GoTo.com. As Senior Vice-President of Marketing at eMind, LLC, an online learning company serving the financial services industry, Ms. Morita led product management, marketing, advertising, customer service and public relations from 1999 to 2001. From 1993 to 1999, Ms. Morita served as Vice President of Advertising and Marketing at The Los Angeles Times. Ms. Morita has a B.A. from Occidental College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

B. Lynn Walsh
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel

B. Lynn Walsh has served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel since 2000. From 1998 to 2000, Ms. Walsh was a partner in the Technology group at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where she specialized in public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. From 1992 to 1998, Ms. Walsh was a partner in the Corporate and Securities group at Hunton & Williams LLC, in its Atlanta office. Ms. Walsh has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
