Internet Brands Appoints Ray Morgan as General Manager of vBulletin

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (February 12, 2009) - Jelsoft Enterprises Limited, an Internet Brands (NASDAQ:INET) company, today announced the appointment of Ray Morgan as General Manager of vBulletin, the market-leading community forum solution, reporting to Jelsoft CEO James Limm.

Morgan joins Jelsoft and Internet Brands with extensive experience in the management of complex software projects. Prior to joining the vBulletin team, he was Director of Project Management for Experian Interactive, Senior Product Manager for Storactive, Inc., Lead Java Engineer at Fasturn, Inc., and Senior Technical Project Manager at Interactive Video Technologies.

"We have big plans for vBulletin, and Ray has the energy, leadership and technology management experience to be the catalyst for achieving our plans," said Bob Brisco, CEO of Internet Brands.

vBulletin 4, scheduled for release in Q2 of 2009, will add extensive search engine optimization functionality to the vBulletin suite, and will also include a powerful content management feature-set that will allow website administrators to publish website content quickly without requiring extensive technical knowledge.

James Limm, founder and CEO of Jelsoft, said of the appointment: "Ray brings a wealth of experience to the role, and is a perfect fit for the complex requirements of crafting the next generation of community software, and also leading the company towards future success and expansion".

Morgan assumes his new position today.
